The Recovery Room

A place for post-workout and wellness conveniently located inside of Pacheco Spine and Sport clinic. Our Recovery Room includes access to infrared sauna, Normatec compression boots from Hyperice and electrical stimulation with dry heat.

• Our infrared sauna has a patented wavelength technology with settings for pain relief, detoxification, muscle recovery, skincare, weight-loss and more.

• Normatec compression therapy can help reduce inflammation and increase circulation by utilizing compression modes with your legs inside of the boots for total performance recovery.

• E-stim with heat helps reduce tension in the muscles of a joint complex especially in acute injuries.
